While you may browse Products and search the Website as a guest, you must create an Account to:

- Save favorite shops or products;

Pricing and Payment

- Include VAT where applicable;

- Are set by individual Vendors;
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment service providers. We do not store your complete payment card details. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for all Orders placed.

Product Information and Descriptions

DELIVERY AND FULFILMENT
Delivery
Delivery services are provided by Vendors or ABX delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must:
- Provide accurate delivery information;
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery;
- Inspect Products upon delivery;
- Report any issues immediately;
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout and are based on factors including distance, order value, and delivery time preferences.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, unavailability to receive the Order, or refusal to accept delivery, you may be charged additional fees for redelivery attempts.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Consumer Rights
You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These rights include:

Cancellation Rights

Returns Process
To initiate a return:

- Return Products in their original condition where possible;
Refunds

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ABX in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Termination by User
You may terminate your Account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting customer support. You remain responsible for any outstanding Orders.
Suspension or Termination by ABX
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account without notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Website or other users.
Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Website will be revoked. Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention policies, though order history may be retained for legal purposes.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND SERVICES
